Cuvée Physiokrat (2)

The Cuvee Physiokrat is created from the blending of four of the world's best red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. These grape varieties that we use need the best situations and yearlong care to gain optimum maturity. The required warm sums after the Huglin-warm sum index calculate to the following measurements, with the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon constituting 15% each and the Syrah 20%. Keep in mind; our calculations are based on the fact that our grapes are halved in general, while our low yields are far below the usual levels.

The basic idea of origin with this unique wine is the high art of wine preparation that we are able to melt together with the different varieties which gives us an individual advantage over other wines.Our grape varieties that we use, grown here in Germany on just a little over 900 hectares of land. These accounts for only 0.8% of the total cultivated surface for grapevines in Germany, and the areas for cultivation of the Cabernet Franc and Syrah are virtually evanescent.
